IT WOULD BE VERY NICE FOR AN ADMIN TO COME ONLINE.More than 50% of the server has bugs and more than that,there are rulebrakers.
And please,invent another excuse except 'busy'

No shit it has bugs, first of all, it's created by individual scripters, not some huge company. Also its BETA, it's meant to be there for everybody to find the bugs in it before any release.

Also how do you even know admins are online at this time? It's early in the morning where I live, and admins aren't usually online at this time.

It would be even nicer if you would find something else to do or play on RS4 instead of moaning and whining about it. Jesus, it's just a BETA version, it means it has bugs and the players have the duty to report them. I can't even log in because of a bug but I find something else to do.
And why does the HQ have to give you an excuse for it, who do you think you are? They are your slaves and you are their boss or what, I don't get it?

Does this mean that if you are in place X, with 4 players, all spread out, the person who has a hit set on them will easily spot the hitman, if he cant see its blip but you can see the blip on the other players on the minimap?

As far as I understood from reading, yeah, the hitman ONLY will not be seen in the minimap, and it's quite more useful to use a sniper bullet on the victim then a full sultan with combats, from my own experience. But sometimes it's hard to figure out the  skin or a good spot to snipe....
