Ok stivi, think about it this way, you are formatting your disc and installing a new version of Windows on it, would you rather install new windows and copy all of your previous files back on your new formated drive, or let that shit fly and have a fresh faster disc, the saves of thousands of people are clogging up memory of the server, we can simply flush them and let the server run faster, or keep the memory and have a worse experience, think about it..

To be fair, I do this. I've done it across two new PCs.
The folder structure is an absolute joke, though.

Woah thats a long time.
But if u think better PCs works better with Windows XP,they are faster like hell.
The only problem is maintaining them that is really boring.

Where on earth did anybody say that? Let alone actually doing something like that would make everybody try to mass assets rather than abusing everything. Greedy ones will probably even try to hide bugs and abuse em to get advantages.
