ive had this idea since back in MTA (check the first couple pages of the events in the mta forum area) we had 2 seasons and when we first opened on SA:MP i opened the IRL (check the first pages of this forum), but in the first round only one racer showed up and nothing happened after it..
if you want to be in the ALS team u need to talk to the team manager which reminds me that i forgot something on the application forum

the pit lane is i think for quitting race, rehueling( if there is a gas station  :roll:), etc

the Pits is for when you have to  complete the compulsory pit stop (refueling) and for any pit stop Penalties that may happen

why do you want to be an Race Official?: Im a pro-Rper, also i like really much to help. I was going to join a team but i decided to be an official :p Also i guess IRL is reaaally cool. Specially when (for me) watching.

The bad thing it's cos' I'm not active all days Only Weekends I can go to SA:MP sometimes :S
