An idea for LCPD to focus on tactical engage

Sadly , in an unfair world , where criminals and cops , fight each day with each other,whether its a sunny or a rainy day, no matter what time it is, how lighted up or how its dark.. JUST COME TO THE IDEA WILL YA? [:okay:] 

I was thinking about making cops to pay money when they die by suspects only  to force them to roleplay as a team and start to work as a team for real [Which will raise rp/teamwork/radio usage thanks to need of teamwork]

Its enough that government supported our rambo officers isnt it? No doubt why our government cant even support a limo driver for our Server Leader! [Referred to Tai, complaining about government {because of money problems}doesnt support a limo driver for him.]   

Please share your ideas, both positive and negative about this idea!! Which Im sure you ll even if I dont write this sentence.

Actully idk Forcing players To Rp ?? Doesn't seems to be a good idea this is an Relaxed rp server We don't Force Players To rp But about Cops losing money if they died Hmmm i guess  maybe yeah That will make them Act more Carefully while Engaging suspect

If you think by force rp and  if you consider cops getting forced to rp ... you should be considering whole suspect system forces to rp too.

By the way, no any point of this idea relies on forcing someone.. as the person who will fight with the suspect will still be allowed to fight alone but, in a way with some risk

If suspects would consider the value of their lives and those of officers, they might give up. In that case the amount of pensions paid to the widows of the deceased officers might drop enough to allow a limo driver for Tai.

The interesting thing about this discussion is that in most cases the suspects feel they have the right to kill officers, and officers should lose something.  Perhaps in return we should use the logic implemented in RS5 of SA:MP, where the amount a criminal loses when he is jailed or fined rises with the number of people he killed.
That way the suspects would also contribute to the pension fund.

Back to the original topic, most of the cops killed are new comers trying to make some money out of it, they shouldn't be fined for it.
And as Gandalf said, the goal is not to kill cops even thought its fun to have a organized shoot out sometimes.
Hopefully someone will come up with a better solution.

I know most of them are newcomers but what about suspects' side? Most of the suspects are newcomers too, which has no idea about laws, as they re not declared by some command in game.

And actually I think , if we raise the teamwork , people will be in contact, and by this way, newcomers will have some people to do something together and since we have nice rpers, we can influcence the roleplay willing to newcomers too, since most of ivmp players has no idea about roleplaying and the fun they coul get by doing.

I am aware suspects job is not to kill cops, but shooting and killing a cop is and should be done only if there is no other chance. Killing cops already makes the /rhl reset to its max value so a suspect who wants to run away always will try to go for another way before attempt to kill an officer.

A job with big earning, brings big responsibility. And this has nothing to do with, also I was thinking about 100$-150$ will keep it balanced.

The fear of losing money would make cops hang around together which will make suspects be afraid to attack on cops.. And also, if a cop is not on chase of the specific suspect, then that suspect has no right to kill that cop and this will become a direct rulebreak as DM.

This idea is not based on make cops lose something but give a valor to their own lives, so that they cannot waste it that easy.

Yea, I am not supporting this one. There are a lot of rulebreakers that just drive into cops. They shouldn't be punished for that.

Then go ban them. Engaging to a cop is not allowed in case u re not aware.
