gta_sa.exe problem, cannot start SA:MP

GTA Single-Player works fine, but SA:MP doesn't even start.

Also, my windows is "corrupt" and doesn't saves any configuration. Any idea on how to work it out ?

Has this problem only just started happening or is this your first time trying too get on SA:MP ?

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explor er]

Be sure:

"NoSaveSettings"=dword:00000000
That may help with the configuration

Stiv, download an another gta_sa.exe file and copy paste it in your GTA SA folder and replace it with the old one and your game will propably will be opened.

I believe my windows is infected by a  virus called Softango, as far as my google-search said. I have lost many things, one of them is SA:mp servers. Whenever I restart my PC, I have no favourite server. When trying to join a random server, the problem occurs. This has been happening since yesterday.

   Google what could be an adequate Microsoft Runtime C++ for the game, install it and should be opening with no problems.

I do not have any mods, but Argo Map, which wasn't even isntalled by me... I sux at installing mods and shizz.

The new gta_sa.exe was installed and replaced, still the same pop-up.

I've removed d3d9.dll from my PC, gta_sa.set as well. Still not working.

Stivi, if you are using pirated copies of the game, we cannot help you. I highly suggest you go purchase the game if you want it to work properly. Downloading game files when you should already own the game is a dead giveaway...

It is the original game, bought like three years ago. I didn't have any problem with it, until now.
