Logo needed for Lithuanian Police Volunteers

I'd like to request a logo for the real life police branch I'm serving in. In Lithuania we have Voluntary Lithuanian Junior Police Organisation, which are part of the Underage Crime Prevention Office of Lithuanian Police. It consists of volunteer 14-18 years old teenagers. We do various preventional programs to stop under age crime, patrol near the crosswalks, schools, patrol in public events together with the police, do test buys and so on. The logo should say the following:
 
Kretingos rajono policijos komisariato (Translation: Kretinga county police departments')
Jaunieji Policijos RÄ—mÄ—jai (Translation: Junior Police Organisation)
