I am temporary banned for 30min but i don't feel it was right ban so i want to be unban now.

I was in LV with my NRG, Luke_Soprano came and rammed me. I fell of the bike and he immediately carjacked me. Thereby, I reported him for carjack.
There was only one administrator Leon_Arallian so i thought he is busy with other stuffs. So I waited for some times. Then after 4-5 min i reported him again. No respond. I thought he's still busy so i Pm'ed him "Can you respond my report? If you are busy then please tell me". Though no reply came from him. Then again after 4-5min i reported him as taking the  thinking that he is not busy anymore. The msg came "Leon is checking the report" and after 5min i asked "so..?" No respond. I PM'ed him "Hello?"
Atleast he should pm me once that he is busy.
Then i saw he is busy in public chat talking to someone. so i waited again. Then i saw Cyril joined the server so i reported again as i thought maybe he can check my report so I reported for the last time. And yeah Finally someone responded to me. And  the message was "You are warned by Leon_Arallian for flooding your report despite it being expired long ago" Expired because it was 15min passed.
Then I pm'ed Leon that Some min passed but you should atleast reply me a single word that you are busy, you should not ignore it.
Thereby, he temp banned me.
