Okay. 
After a review of your case I dealt with this prior and after your ban. You created the account the 15th of December and you were banned the 20th for exploiting the bug. When you found out how this bug worked, you exploited it to your own benefit, then bragged about it to your friends and random players on the server that you were the richest. Meanwhile you did this, you announced give-a-ways at Los Santos City Hall, giving players exploited money. All the money given was taken back as the money came from a bug. Afterwards, you told them you wanted to leave the server, therefore you wanted to give away your riches. But obviously, this is not the case anymore.
You were given a huge chance prior to your unban by Leon_Arallian to tell him about the bug, but you refused, hence the ban. What is left to do is to reset your money back to the default standard, as you have showed honest by coming forward to us. For now I don't know how to properly do that without a developer's help, so you might want to wait.
In the meanwhile, I will review your previous bans so I can come to a conclusion about a review date.
