The one reason why I allowed this account and topic to stay is that you seem to be genuinely trying to make some amends.
We will discuss this in HQ and see what can be doen. but do not expect a result before 2014. Until then I do expect you to follow what you have said here, which means not to evade your ban further.
What I said was I hadn't tried to enter the game so he was talking about entering the game evading not being on here, Gandalf allowed the account to stay :/

Your ban was a Community ban. wich means forum aswell. gandalf clearly said ''do not to evade your ban further'' and thats why we banned your kyle123 since it was a banevading account. and we hoped you should have taken the chance by not try enter it before 2014.
But instead you created a new account and started evading your ban once again. I lost hope about you everything about you lays in the hands of gandalf from now on. Cause im not sure how to make you understand actually. But the situation now is you broke his deal, and his the only one to decide what he will do about that.

The reason I created a new account is because I thought I was permanently denied but then had an email of Gandalf explaining why the account got closed, All I'm doing is awaiting response on the case I honestly don't feel I deserve to be punished anymore though I understand you're frustration with me previously. Though of course it's in the hands of the authority what happens with me

That's the first I've heard of that Deejay though I don't believe I checked the tick-box to receive email by members. I hate to sound like I'm putting the forum down I can see what has been created here is a masterpiece, but if I was to be allowed in-game and perm banned on here I'd be happy that's how much I enjoy the game-play and in-game community. I've been trying to get you guys to enjoy my company and gain your respect while being on here because If I am granted entry into the server I don't want to just be dropped into a server full of players that hate me. :/

okey this is your new deal  and last chance for you to understand, aswell last chance to show respect.
I will ban your forum account you are on At this time. and your forum ban on supermotard will get lifted at 1st february 2014. after that date you are allowed to post a New unban request explain what exact you did wrong and how you have changed withing yourself as person and aswell your view on us and argonathrpg.
This means you are not allowed to get on forum or ingame at all.and as i stated in 1st of february 2014 you will be able to acess supermotard account only at forum.
If you fail to follow this deal nothing will be unbanned and you will stay banned, so take this month and do something else and consider if it's worth change to maybe get unban from the server aswell.
