A review date cannot be based on a suspicion. A ban should be used as a last resort, if you got evidence of a player's actions and it warrants a ban, then issue it. What I can interpret from this unban request there are not much solid evidence to go on.

He may have received some bullets, and whilst he was spectated his character showed the animations that he got hit but didn't loose any health. That can clearly happen whether you lag or not. He could have been out of sync just for a second then re-synced as it was checked if he was desynced or not before the ban was issued. Clear health cheats is easily to detect when it's being used by a player. A modification that alter your skin is also a thing that can easily be seen if you proper investigate the matter.

So I'll highlight why you're still being kept banned Matrix.  After a review on the logs of YOU, your behaviour has been unacceptable. Insulting and flaming players and staff alike. What I would like to see is an explanation of that, an acknowledgement that it won't be repeated and that you'll try to work on some self-control.

i was just reading and i found that eymas said "I've been looking afterwards and you kept getting shot without losing HP" there was noone who was shooting me. I was just trying to stop that stolen fireman from escaping and i was shooting at him but noone came and shot me and so i got banned

and Death_Hand is profile i use to play Dayz server i was using it but then i got argonath and i changed to Matrix_McCudry

well then i acidenlty registered with it because one day i joined to play and it asked to register first i tought "hmm why do i have register twice?" but then i registered and found out that i am in with that profile so i left server and never joined with it again.
