i am not hacking from the time i got banned in RS4 for money hacking.
I think i lost vsync but i dont use hacks

The moment you got reported I spectated your actions, where I saw you absorbing a few bullets. I then used a command to check if you were desynced, however; it showed that you were not. I've been looking afterwards and you kept getting shot without losing HP.
Hence the reason was "Health hacking as it seems"; there may be another explanation.

no noone was shooting me there were just me ma frend and kidnaped firemand i was shooting fireman when he was trying to escape and i started to lag realy hard
