Problems after unbanning

Alright.So I was recently unbanned.But when once I logged in,I was stuck in the water(Not the previous location I was in which was the Main GS).And then a few seconds later,my game crashed.I relogged multiple times but still does the same thing.When staying in a guest account,there is no problem whatsoever at all.This happened when I LOGGED IN

I tried all the following:
Run game as admin
Used compatability mode

None of them worked.Could anyone resolve this?

Hi! That's not  just the unbanning problem. Even I have had this problem.. just try to log in when admins are online. Let them teleport you and when you're on land use /resetspawn

About the crash, try going to the GTA IV not IV-MP, and set the Display / Graphics - Everything back to Default. That worked for me. Even have the VSync and the other thing on "D" on!
