Cops are not allowed to patrol or chase a suspect with a non marked police cruiser. :P

I believe Argonath will be back as soon as the exams are over.
SA:MP server is currently in a decent state with a stable player base of around 20-25 people on a daily basis.

Well, you still should not, you need to return to nearest police station and get a police cruiser.

CBF Rules says:
 Law enforcement staff including all ARPD may ONLY use registered* police vehicles to carry out law enforcement duties.

So you were on police duty chasing a suspect without a police vehicle. :)
