So, when a staff members to tell you something, you will follow it, even if you feel that the staff member is incorrect?

Staff members is the ones in charge ingame and if you feel they are misusing their authority, you are free to send a complaint to [email protected].

No, it's not a trick question. It can simply be that you and the staff members got different views on what happend / is happening and you feel that the staff member is incorrect. As i said, the staff member is the one in charge, and if you feel he / she is incorrect, you should still follow it and follow it up by emailing [email protected] if you want to take it further.
