Overrated indeed. I personally liked the car during my former days, but eventually I got over it, like in a span of 2 weeks or so. The acceleration is commendable.

While I don't mind your opinion on the car, I do have to say that you got the top speed wrong.

It is NOT lower than average, following your logic, Comet, Infernus, Turismo, Banshee and Coquette would have a top speed of 160km/h - I see you got the value straight from the handling file, but that is not the precise top speed value - which is affected by drag, mass, torque and a few other things (which is why the top speed isn't the same between the previously mentioned supercars in bold).

I am not sure if the top speed is correctly calculated in the ingame speedo, but I think it is - so the top speed would be 185km/h, however, it is harder to reach such top speed - compared to other vehicles.

EDIT: Also, the average speed in handling file (the 150 value you got is from the handling file), without counting helicopters and boats, is of around ~132, although I'm not sure what "class" you think Sultan RS belongs to (sports, supercars, etc?)

Okay, firstly, the top speeds of cars on flat, level surfaces are the ones that actually matter and those are the ones in the handling.dat file.
Secondly, I do not just go off of the handling.dat file, I have other reliable sources for comparison of cars.
Thirdly, the speedo is calculated from what the physics engine tells it, it doesn't matter whether it is accurate because the speed limits and other speed related things.
Fourthly, yes, the average top speeds in the handling.dat are quite high compared to the fastest cars available, and I have tested soooooo many cars in game that I can assure you Supercars and sports cars aren't much faster than SUVs or sedans. For example, the Blista Compact, in a straight line, is faster than a Super GT or a Turismo and nearly as fast as the Comet.
If you have trouble trusting me and my judgement, don't, but I can assure you, that while the Sultan RS may reach a bazillion km/h on a downhill route that is long enough, I don't care because that kind of testing is unscientific, and empyrical analysis of stats and testing requires scientific research, based on hard facts, not theoretical conceptions.

Kind of a nice review.I loved the Stratum.I have no car but I used to borrow it from my mates.

And BTW sorry yoske/John Doe for me not being working for Liberty Tree for these past few weeks.I was quite busy with school.
