RS5 update - Heroin value changes

This update only applies to heroin at the moment as seeds is purchased from 24/7's and the bizz owner decides that price.

Also, these changes might be changed again. I will add these changes and will monitor how it affects the server overall.

I have taken a look at the heroin part of the drug system and i agree (with the groups reporting that the system is completly broken) that something had to be change. The values here might be a shock for you, but considering the biggest groups will be the biggest players in the drug market, i expect most of the hustling to be dealing around the market price anyway. If we notice that the players starts dealing heroin for $60+, changes will be made.

The new prices for the 3 heroin options are:

Small: $400
Medium: $900
Big: $1400

For criminal group leaders, if you intend to play with the scripted drug market, you should be aware that this is a gamble now. Either you will loose alot of money, or you will earn a real profit.

More information than this will not be released for now as you all should explore this out.

Yes. However, it's all destroyed when you die. We will look into giving the possibility of possible saving for it so you dont loose it when you die.

Isn't the containers used to pretty much store stuff like drugs and weapons now inside your house and vehicle(if not for vehicles it'd be something worth looking at as some don't purchase homes).
