Suspect Rules

• Do not evade the law enforcers in helicopter

Property rules

• Business owners will be required to keep their businesses stocked. If a business is observed having 0 stock and the owner has not logged in within 30 days, the business will be reset and available for purchase.
• Home owners who have not entered the server within a period of 3 months will lose their homes and will be available for purchase by other players. Reimbursements will be made if contacted the previous owner within 7 days of removal.

Good that you decided that for heli.. as it was kinda strange to have boats restricted while the heli was not :P

Questions:

1)What if we become suspected while driving heli/boat?
2)Can we aid suspects while we re not a suspect with heli/boat? Or can we just help the suspect to runaway with boat/heli for like 30secs etc since the driver wont be someone suspected yet and then pick a car?
3)Are these evading rules applying on roleplay crimes aswell?
4)If someone is suspected in boat/heli, due to this rule is forcing them to run on anyway on Land, will/should they be allowed to pickup a vehicle by the Law Enforcers?
5)Not a new rule but meanwhile Im asking these, I want to ask another:
Is drive-by available during or inital of an RP, if RP is accepted by both sides in some way?

PS: IVMP Rules still not saying anything about "evading by boat" , only says "Not allowed to evade by swimming in water" , you might want to add it aswell.
