Unable to start PC, Windows 8 tiles are blank.

So I seem to have this problem with my windows 8 computer. Whenever I start it, I get to the start menu that shows nothing but blank tiles.  When I navigate to desktop, it simply keeps refreshing to the start menu and then back to the desktop(still unable to click anything).

I can open the task bar, but I don't see how will this help. D:

Yes.
Tried contacting Windows, they told me to do some clean boot shit. I did it, nothing new.

Solved the problem by logging out and back in.
