Yes. This is serious shit, not a casual game. OpenTTD is hardcore /yo.

Jonny Island, the game is trying to sell me your company for a quid.

To fix: don't build bus stations in the same city as each other, link the towns together and put one station in each. To expand the capacity, build stations adjacent to each other.
Also, airports that close together are liable to be a waste of time. You get more money for taking passengers further across the map.

Forgot my password...also I play for first time and I can't manage to keep my budget up...
EDIT:: In 1930 I pay 300$ for a pile of road,now I pay 13k... Maybe I should play on another start...

It's just currency inflation, it still costs the same in actual value.
