What you should do is write new application with your current character's name and fillup details from this post. Then, we shall consider your case.

So you are telling me that after a new player got banned for money cheating you changed nick? and that a new player came with same nick as you? do you know how it sounds? let me say it once again, re apply when and if your name is clear it dose not matter if its El_Rayes or xBlaCkDeViL you were money cheating in the past and this seems like a new try. Seems i was wrong. Post new Applications with new name and all other answers we will take a look at it then again.

I can help. He was banned and now he is unbanned. There were two more players with him, that were banned. One posted unban request and he is now unbanned, the other guy just recently posted unban request. That incident happened before, he is doing fine so far...
