The HQ is busy expanding into SA:MP and so IV:MP is inactive... for now. Also, you should have waited longer, or else it could have been you instead of me being the newest Lucchese

Changes were being made for a long time, its only made public by Sole at this time, your application had no connection to changes in family, so i dont see why you are upset i told you just post a new one, if you wish to commit time and effort.
