Map Is Glitched For Me

I was in jail in LSPD and crashed, so when I got back on I couldn't do /exit anywhere in the PD. No admins were on so I did /helpmeup and jumped off the ceilling to the ground below. The sky was just purple and gray (Like the picture below) so I did F4 and /kill. Now I'm back on the regular map but I can't see the map or vehicles. All I can see are people and some objects. It's pretty bleak and boring so any help would be appreciated  .

Yeah that is something with interiors...

That doesn't come from (any) Modifications.

It is a script error/bug with setting players previous position from the time he / she left the game.
