I may very well be repeating what others have said, but I do recommend that you will have to respect the facts.

We have always heard tons of complaints about people losing this amount of that and so on, and we keep saying the same for a very good reason.
You should not buy what you cannot afford to lose. That a deathmatcher, bug, or an unfortunate accident makes you lose them, it is something you cannot request a refund for, We simply cannot do it. In the end it is your responsibility as well that could be blamed, for as earlier mentioned. Carrying such a valuable amount of posessions which are easy to lose can result in such events happening.

Expecting us to punish a player script-wise is something you should not think about as well. We try to use verbal communication as much as possible, if this is not possible then we have to resort to the commands we have.

Neither should you think that we don't do shit because we don't use them, for we do more than you think, and we have more to do as well...

Although it's not your fault, and I'm not blaming you, no one can really be blamed either.
We do what we can...

For both this was a tough moment however, but I hope this has settled the dust.

If we were doing terrible at the roles we have been provided with, we'd have been removed from the Admin team long ago.  Sure a report or two might get missed on a busy day, if that happens don't spam it another four times.  If you think we are doing jack-shit about your report, don't be a nuisance and complain in-game go speak to a Manager who will in turn kick our ass if he finds out we never did anything.  We do the best we can to help player's and in the end all we get is abuse from players, then you wonder why YOU got punished?  Yeah.

Admins are players, just like everyone else except we have been burdened with the rights to assist and keep the server at bay from people who wish to disrupt YOUR game-play.  Have some appreciation for those who forfeit normal game-play to over-see you lot.

What you need to understand is that not every thing you take for granted, is as logical to new players. Everything I know now would have seemed like total b.s. about 2-3 years ago. You can't change a person or the way he acts by /warn, /kick or /ban. We as moderators and administrators try to help people understand why something is forbidden, not just 'it's not allowed because the rules state so'. Stop looking at everything like it's black and white.

Ideally it would be better to report rulebreaking but if they attack you, you can return the favor and return fire if you want to. Just don't expect admins to help you if you then report him.

Same goes for carjacking, if someone steals your car, you can steal it back from them, but remember if he then reports you and the administrator punishes you for rulebreaking it's on you as you broke a rule in return.
