Hi,

I'm interested in filing a court case. Where would you post pertaining to the negligence/possible removal of a leader of a division of an official group? At this time, no criminal charges have been filed. So Supreme or Civil court? This has already been reported to administration, law enforcement, and the leader of the group who owns the division. Court seems to be the next step we should take. This case also involves many witnesses as well.

So either Civil or Supreme court?

Civil.

Supreme court may be a bit much, but can be used as a last resort.

You can file a court case in both of them, but as Leon said:

Mr Cofiliano how can you deny that we had any relation or intercourse, while you are prosecuting me?
