To the point, On this day your behavior has been all but acceptable.
You seem to have little respect to what we have said as well: If the cops are not doing their job properly you would have to report them to the ARPD(at their forums, that is,) or to the administrators(using /report) if they break one of the (server/arpd)rules.
Instead you have been throwing all kinds of slurs at them and annoying others to no end.

When we let the HQ decide their verdict I wish to verify with you that after this ban you will improve your behavior towards others, and that you will try to respect them; as well as to listen to our advice and to report players who have broken the rules; This also counts for events in the past provided you have the evidence.

If I have missed anything, both you or a manager can fill us in.

im too angry that i feel that i wanna kill them.... u know what they ended the investigation without allowing me to speak. They were Killing us and im not the only witness they killed the firefighters too for not paying the fine which was 500$ reason " Waiting inside the car afk " . then they su me 10 times and im serious and immediately after leaving the jail su reason " Assault" do you think this is fair and when reporting im being warned for fake reports. By the way im sry that i misbehaved but you know from the moment i joined the the server i was perfect 24 h playing as a cop once i chosed to work another thing im being suspected is this fair and THX

Like I had said earlier, you could've reported the investigation & /su abuse to the ARPD, instead what I've got were reports that were of the past;
As administrators we have to witness the rule in question being broken to act on it, if this is not the case they cannot be considered legit either; despite it being true.

Here's why the e-mail or ARPD forums come to play; If you have taken screenshots of the events then you could've reported them on those locations, Instead all I got was imperfect behavior expressed by you due to the facts, being borderline provoking/insulting.

In the future I hope you will take consideration of taking evidence and reporting these people on the ARPD forums if they break a SAPD-related rule, or to /report them in-game if they break a server rule, and on the right timing.

You cannot investigate the past when there are no traces to follow.
