Police Academy

I think, all police officers need to go trough the Police school (its Pilice Academy).

Its need couse:
1. Then all police officers will learn for real how it is to be a Officer
2. Learns how to do investigation
3. There will not be kinda silly officers on the street
4. That could be like you need driving licence to buy car, so then you will need the Police Academy document or something like that
5. In academy officers need to learn when he can suspect someone, when he can shoot down suspected ones...
6. Learn more job commands
7. Learn when you can pull over drivers
8. Learn how to chase suspecteds (What typa car needed: Crouiser or any orher [i think that crouiser])

And thats not it, we ore you too will figure out more lessons what officers need to pass.

I was thinking an idea like this too though I was waiting for these server crashes to end. Well all except investigation idea looks fine , investigation requires some experience and its not a thing that all can do and by that way u cant limit ppl to become officers, however other things are needed and if we could do it like passport exams, it would be cool; if possible, after a period like 1 week after registering could be great also. Cant imagine the peace.

It's going to be fine as far as it remains a supplementary course. This has to be discussed with the LCPD Chief, not here.

If anybody is looking for volunteers to be an instructor, I am available.
I have alot of experience in law enforcement and it could be put to better use by teaching the new generations.
