I don't fancy having to drive over 500 barriers to get down the street.

Why dont we give these ones to freecops too? 2 Per player could be great... I d say , for those only who has passport ... though well, nvm...

Because then anyone can easily go around placing barrers blocking specific locations with nothing but the intention of "troll" others.

Well I think it will be a good idea for some well-trained and experienced officers. (Such as officer+ or senior officer+)

Altough it should be a rather easy command like: /barrier [0-5] [front-left-right-back] <---- the direction its facing..

Uhm, I hope u re aware u re playing gta 4 , and not gta 2 or lower... The world has lots of roads , and they re not simply built as left right front back , or I think by direction its facing, you meant the barrier would be created with a constant stance, and this command would only help where to put it for player?
