commandline to main folder gta iv
run contig to dissapear, instruction in solution
-noswapdelay is from dissapearing roads in commandline

I never was banned , bro (only once in 2013. Dec. .31  Propaganda you heard  . All my story: My cpu sucks , and kills whole PC when video card goes full throttle on IV    So , im afraid it can burn up whole PC , so , collecting money for normal CPU.
