Today the Foundation Board has finished working on the new constitution of Tunisia but with hard loses; killing two ministers,  killing a lot of the army soldiers, killing innocent people,  bomb explosions. Today Tunisia made another great history. We hope to all the countries under a revolution to succed as well.

Can you give me the main points of this Constitution? Like does it grant you certain liberties that weren't in place before, what advances have been made?

Yes it does
It made every single citizen equal and able to vote certain positions in the government and more islamic laws in it. Noone now can work for his own or an outside agency. The citizens are able now to watch every single action by the government.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't these the kind of laws that lead to women being forced to cover themselves more, being disallowed from driving, being denied other privileges allowed to men, and etc.? How is that equality?

Religion and the state have never been a good mixture when it comes to promoting actual equality.

Rather than an unsubstantiated assertion and being told to read the Qur'an, I'd like a more logical answer, or at least an explanation how the equality of women is protected given that other countries under Islamist law curtail their privileges.

Those countries aren't actually doing what the islam said, they are just following the old laws of uncounting women in life. The Qur'an is actually full of democratic rules and should be followed, evan UK started trying to use islamic bank laws!
