all thinked where is  sultan rs state location Janis telled me at a place but never its spawns i payed him fine 700 dolars for nothing .....  So lets tell all where are the secret cars and  dont  lose money for nothing like me

if too many players find out for the hidden car.. it automatically gets a power of teleportation and runs away to another spot in order to protect itself from the habits of bad drivers

it already happened few times

People have right to cheat on you , on cases like this...

The only person u just cant do this are the newcomers. As its counted as having knowledge's advantage over someother person who has no idea about what is going on.

Actually,the car is being shifted to a place to another because of some untrustable attitude players. Players arent keeping the place secretly.I have seen few of the players which do ask money to tell another player the location.As this situation rises the players will be asking the money with the newcomers to tell the locationif the Sultan RS is a fixed place.So its better to change the place of sultan RS.
