Well i am happy cos u used the right topic for it.... Anyway i dont think there are houses with big garage and balcony under 250k... Actually i dont think that in LC are such things

I think I know a house similar to your thoughts.And its under 250k,the problem is I dont remember the location of that house anymore  :jackson:
