As a former longtime admin and manager, I will post here as well as this sort of thing has been a recurring issue on SA:MP as well. To make it simple, I will enumerate the core points instead. These are true for any Argonath server.
1. Admins are chosen because they are mature and patient enough to handle the rights of keeping players on/off the server. As such, their judgment is trusted and their word is law when acting under correct admin procedure. But as more is given to them, more is also expected from them.
2. Admins are players too, and as such are not perfect nor robots. It is not rare to see a lone admin looking after dozens of players. If you will test their patience, be prepared for the consequences.
3. If admins abuse their powers, report them to
[email protected] or to a Manager. It is the server HQ's duty to make sure the admins abide by Argonath standards.
4. If you report an admin for a valid reason, such as them having abused their powers, your complaint will be acted upon and the HQ will take action to make sure admin standards are upheld, whether it be scolding the admin or removing them.
5. If you report an admin just because you are mad at them or you cannot accept that you are in the wrong, then suck it up, grow a pair instead of moaning, and move on.
6. If you report the HQ because they did not act on your case, speak to a Community Leader and let the evidence do the talking. If a Manager abuses their powers, they face the same risk of being removed, even more so as they represent the Administration on the server as a whole.
7. If you have problems with all of them, then the real problem is with yourself.
