Abuse and distortion

I post here today to Challenge the staff. Some of you might recognize my name from the IV:MP server. And im sure a ton of you dont respect me, But you cant blame me for a hive mind. Anyway let me to to the point. Im Challenging the Staff, And in particularly an Admin Named Deejay, For one he seems to have no thought process when it comes to dealing with people, And in general he is just stucks with one line sentences related "Your a bad person, you disrepeccted blah blah and your a ban evader" When most of the time it is him being Disrepectfull. I can tell as a human being he has not even one once of respect people, And certainly DOES NOT know how to be a proper staff member.

I just want to add, I do not care what bit what happens with Deejay, I just feel he should not be allowed to act the way he does, Also i reccomendChecking his Chat logs if they exist, And if they dont, Find a way to create chat logs and dont tell him.

Exampe 1 ( Before i talked to del) I saw a guy who had been harrasing people right infront of the Main GS, So i figured eh i wonder if i can hit him, Before i even got a chance to go past him, Dee froze me and started accusing me of all sorts of things, For one Ban evasion, which he seeems to try to pin on everyone. NOT EVERYONE WHO BREAKS RULES IS A BAN EVADER-THERES ALOT OF PEOPLE INT HE WORLD DEEJAY. During this Long list of accusation he continued to be Highly disrepectfull, Untill he banned me for 15min for being disrespectfull, And i can say i wasnt being disrespectfull, Because Deejay, And honestly Alot of other people here dont seem to understand the differece betweem Blatant Disrespect and Sharing of opinion. Also how bout the fact that whats disrespect is Based on opinion?!?!?!

EXAMPLE 2: I had just joined the server after crashing, And what do i see first? Deejay Harrassing a person until breaking point. Persons name was "Thebanner" i believe. Pretty much he was doing the same thing he did to me with thebanner, He even accused him of being a ban evader. (Just want to mention that eventualty due to Deejay being allowed the powered he has eventually led thebanner to retaliating with threats as many people would do, I want to add, During this he said "Time for fun" then changed to admin mode, SO i replied "Really deejay? Dont you mean "Time for work"" he then said "Now im really gunna have fun and continued to freeze me and tp me to him and banner, I just want to add, I in no way did anything wrong, unless sharing my opinion is wrong. well.. it was there, Where he said something that really opened my  eyes to how he acts

DEEJAY SAID THESE EXACT WORDS : " So you like acting macho on the internet huh?"

It was then i realized he just described exactly what he was doing. Acting macho. Anyway. He continued to talk in a disrepectfull way to both me and banner, Eventualy he kicked me, And i want to add, During this time i in no way disrespected or threatened him, I simple defended my Innocence. I did how ever tell him i would take screenshots of this tp show del, which he took as a threat. Which says something. Why would you feel threatened if you wherent doing anything wrong?

When i logged back in he continuied to hold me frozen for no valid reason, Where he then tempbanned me for 45 min for simple trying to defend my innocence.


ALSO EVERYONE SHOULD READ THIS RIGHT HERE

The whole No Disrespect rule is too widely put. and first of all, The staff on this server seem to be either 1. Really vulnerable/unstable, or 2. Just to ignorant to realize the different between blatent disrepect and opinion.

AT NO TIME SHOULD PLAYERS BE AFRAID TO EXPRESS THEYRE FEELINGS ON CERTAIN ASPECTS OF THE GAME/STAFF-TEAM- As having such an environment allows things such as DeeJay being allowed into the staff
team

Also i took a few screenies but the first few good ones ended up black becaue i was in Fullscreen mode, But i do have 1 or 2, Im simply relying on the hope you have all chat logged, Im also relying on Del to make more condiseratons -http://imgur.com/a/olgn1- I will continue trying to get screenshots.

One of the main problems connected with all of this is that Outsiders/newpeople get treated much worse, Even without commiting rulebreaks.

Well this is all i could think of after being up for more then 12hrs

I would also like to add, since i talked to dell for quite a long time, I had not bothered yet alone hurt another player

I feel somehow, that whole topic is very personal. I don't know why you decided to post it so everyone could see it.
What I'm saying is, there's kinda, a lot private matter in it.
Anyways, whole this situation, problem, could be solved with a cold-headed talk.

I dont have anything with you , but you should talk about these things via /pm IG and too here in forum.
Maybe what are you telling is right , maybe not , but you shouldnt blame someone in public like this , too if the person abused you , problems with adminstration needs private conversation

This is a suggestion , with this post you wont get what you want...send a private message to who has to handle this matter and it will be good. We dont need such posts here ^^

You could be in right , but you can not do what you did. If you have problems with administration talk in private.
If people deserve to know it , doesnt concern to you...

If you were on the other side , for sure you wouldnt like that a player would blame you on public and without talking with you before...

Oh deejay. First of all i didnt post this here for you. And seccond of all, I never said i was innocent of everything. Just everything YOU accused me of. Get it right. And sob stories? Alright might , You go on trying to make yourself look better, Doesnt change how you act ingame. We have talked to you in game earlier today (White_Granny) and I thought you were moaning too much , but gotta get a bigger perspective , rather than just saying that ..

If I were in your situation , I think I'd point out the problem aswell , so I don't find your trying to express yourself bad , However there are many ways to do that , before posting it directly to public, you could talk to IV:MP Managers and tell your complaints and reasons . After then if you still think they don't pay enough attention , you can talk to Gandalf or Aragorn etc. And aswell public post .

Everyone in Argonath is equal , Admins just have some duties and powers which come with some responsibilities .

And don't forget that people can have their bad times Also everyone does mistakes Me , you , them , admins , managers .. What matters is not repeating those mistakes

Don't know if what you say here is true but if it is +1 to you for standing up to it. I can relate to some of your views (not on this particular admin). But adding to that, don't forget to also send a mail to the IVMP staff at [email protected] with your screenshots names and story. Although I really do hope you're just a mad guy raging :P.

YOU SEE ^^^ THAT. THAT RIGHT THERE is why i posted this here, ITS THE COMMUNITYS OPINION AS A WHOLE THAT IS IMPORTANT. People should be able to share theyre opinion on all things that affect THEY'RE experience. And staff certainly Affects them. And i Talked to managment. I talked to del for a few hours. He made me do this huge parkour thing just to tell be a bunch of things i already know, But im sad to say it, Theres a thin sheet over dels head. He thinks he sees all but its stuff like this that proofs otherwise. Please people. Continue to share your opiniion, Where its against me or anyone else. Its YOUR opinion that is important.

I don't think those views are really views (I mean 111 guys stayed only to read your complaints). Anyway DeeJay is always fair.... If you are hunting for "popularity" you won't get it this way dude.
