I'm a player from SAMP RPG .
So from my low knowledge I am pretty sure in the internet cafe you would be abled to sent a message by using the guys name ... like /email Kostas Evans bla bla bla.
Is it username or nickname?
If Nickname, can be changed by your will, anytime?
Well I dont think that system would work anyway, because username would limit player only to have 1 email, and nickname would limit player to have 1 email till they change nickname though when you have a personal email + business, and you want to get some email for business, you simply cant..
An update is done to
