The Lucchese´s Hotel
The Lucchese´s Hotel was previously called The Beta Hotel.
Are you still looking for a cheap house for unimaginary luxury? Now can have the luxury just for 200$.

The hotel is really close to the Dukes Police Department so it's especially recommended for officers, now don't have to waste fuel to go on duty or wake up so early and ride many hours to work - Just 5 simple steps and you are next to the police department. Ofcourse that doesn't mean you, yes you, who isn't a police officer, can't rent it. This place is built to the best possible spot in Liberty city. The most populary place is the Main Gas Station - you don't even need a car to get there.


Park where ever you want - no parking fees. As you can see on the pictures, there is a park around the hotel when you would like to be romantic with your partner, you can just simply have a walk with him around The Lucchese´s Hotel.


Instructions for Newbies
It's Simple - just go in the circle near the main door | Write /rentroom | and you're done. For the room you pay 200$ but only once, you don't have to pay contiously, you just rent room for 200$ , you can stop renting with /stoprent but when you want to buy it back again then you have to pay again 200$. To store clothes use /store 1 | /store 2 . To see all commands write /pricelist

As I know u can only rent one, because there is no parameter to select multiple rooms... Even if you somehow use /rentroom more than 1 time without stopping rent, it will still act like u have 1 room :)
