Can anyone help me with getting rid of the blur i have with San Andreas?

Hi, I have an issue i am too stupid (i guess) to solve. i put on an enb that is called directx 1.3 (or for that matter any enb) and it blurs all of my screen and i can't see anything + it meesed up the colors. Please I need your help.

Yes i have. Still was the same.

Try to replace the d3dx9.dll, it might help.

Do something on the graphics menu, I think it will be a solution.

I am gonna try to put on marty mcfly's enb z finale. it says that it fully supports samp. Gonna hope it works.

Simple, remove all the files related to your ENB.
After you remove all the file, download a new ENB setting and extract that one to your GTA SA directory.
