I have talked with him on server back then, asked about other accounts / ban evading. He wasn't familiar with process of getting unbanned and how does that goes in general. He wasn't creating chaos on server, at any point he wasn't disrespectful or rude when I had conversation with him. I explained him how things goes here, he accepted that, left the game and open unban request.
