Additional notes:
I was staying in front of the jail in the lspd, then i received the message, that i got banned from the server, with this reason: "Carflip Hacks + other illegal things", I think he has no evidence for this ban. After my ban I was trying to talk to Janar via. Teamspeak3. I send an other player a message, if he can contact Janar and say, that I'm waiting for him on the TS3 server. Janar wrotes to the player: "Tell him to have fun waiting ". What is that for a response, as an admin?

This player told me, that he was banned by Janar too, for a misstake by Janar's side.. . He's now unbanned.

About 14 clock, I was teleported, I don't know by who, but I was about 2 times. First time to Janar, and the second time to the SanFierro: City Hall.

I can say, that i have many mods (Vehicle,Skin,Map..) in my custom.img, but nothing of that is a disadvantage for another player or an advantage for me.
The one and only cleomod, that I'm using is the Emergencylightmodsystem.

I only want to play on your server and have fun. I hope i get unbanned.

Explain, how did nearby cars suddenly start flying when you got near and stopped when I teleported you away from it.
And also explain the odd animations by your character.

As for Omar (who you asked on TS), his ban was a desync issue between me and the server, causing him to be unintentionally banned. This was not a case with you.

As for the Teamspeak, at that time, I was not able to use TeamSpeak, which I also PMed Omar about.

That is true.

But there is another thing that concerns me. How could you run so fast? When you were sprinting.

I've set the hotkey to sprint on my mousewheel, so it goes faster, as when you set it on the spacebutton and push it fast.
Really, i don't have hacks and never will have that.

Setting your keys has nothing to do with the speed.

And as Janar said:

Please, go ingame and press space, then push it a few times, you'll see that you will be faster, as pressing the spacebutton.

Spacebutton = push fast = Faster run ; Spacebutton = Press, normal speed
I don't know if it is allowed here on this server, but if not, then i never will do it again.

Hold Sprintbutton, then you have the normal speed. By pressing fast the Sprintbutton, are you faster as if you hold it... you understand it now?

Ok the speed did increase a little bit, but it wasn't like yours. (But again it can depend on the skin type you have.)

Slavik, it doesn't was a mod or something you can do it also with your normal unmodded GTA, I can show it on the server if i get unbanned..
It depends if you have a fat or women skin or if you have a normal skin.

It wasn't so quick like by me, beacuse you was to slow, and i told you, that i set it on the mousewheel up. Try it out.

You were running a lot faster than normal, however, I have no time to argue if you were using mods, hacks or whatever.
I will unban you under the condition that you remove any mods or hacks that may cause you to run faster or change your game behaviour in any way. If you get banned again for something similar, you will remain banned.
Does this sound reasonable?

I don't use hacks and I never did it. I had explain you what i know. I don't have to remove or delete something because i don't have any illegal mods. I can show it an admin if i comes ingame. Thank you for the chance to show,  that I'm clean. And yes it sounds reasonable.
