Refunds?

I suggest a creation of a small section in General for Refunds-
People can post money refund requests with valid proofs if lost due to bugs according to a format.
Advantages-
1. RS5 bug reports can be easily classified
2. More priority can be given to money losing bug soon
3. Helps admins/developers/people to have a quick look fast on these money bugs
4. It will help players to not risk into stumbling into these bugs

Disadvantages-
1. Nothing except a little space on forums

I think getting key features to work should take precedence over refunds. Not against the idea though, but for now, where the developers place the focus is important.

If it's a persistent problem then at least at dedicate area could exist (if one doesn't already). Seems only fair players have any lost invent. returned, especially when it's not beta.
