Not surprised, as you do not understand reprimands anyway. Seems like puberty really has to do with your twisted sense of humor, something most users relate to as they have passed it already. To put it in your language, "not cool".
As for medical conditions, your inexperience is reflected in your defense. Weak hearts are not the only conditions that can be affected by fear (i.e: scare from immature pranks), there are others as well such as anxiety attacks. Unless you actually read up on medicine and psychology, don't bother disputing here.
As for being on a tight leash, I am within full rights to remind you of that fact, not only as someone who was witness to your shit, but also as a staff member. If you refuse to actually change your attitude and grow some maturity in your bones, and continue to have fun at others' expense, you just might see what happens when the excessive generosity granted to you finally runs out.
Aside from that, what you need to do is stop justifying actions that are obviously immature and offensive to most community members.
