I don't believe that I was banned rightfully, to be honest. I suppose I was a victim of the typical stereotype when someone stops role playing a LEO and goes criminal. They instantly get accused of rebelling against the system and death matching.

I do admit, I did enjoy the firefights I had with the law enforcing faction, as after all, it's one of the primary aspect of this game.
However, I also do admit of looking for the slightest reason to get in a gun conflict with anyone.

If I get unbanned, I intend on assisting some of my close friends with a legal faction that will primarily focus on serious role play. I apologize for all the inconveniences I might of caused.

First to  the situation which I banned you for. You, and your friend (Kenny_McCormick) were jailed after you've surrendered to the cops. Your friend had a very  low health and you started to punch him very intentionally. At last you managed to kill your him and surrendered. Seeing no reason for you to kill him at all, on top of this punishment history, I decided to ban you.

Now, where shall we start? It's not hard to see that you've started not to give a shit anymore on our server. During these last few days we were constantly having to deal with you and your friends coming into the server, disturbing. Going around not doing anything else than random robberies with murder as a result. It's quite obvious you just don't care anymore. Being a very old player you are very well aware of the rules and your attitude lately is just not acceptable.

Even after several punishments regarding this, you had no intention of changing up your style of play and totally ignored what the administration told you.

I don't intend on DMing. If I wanted to DM on the server again, I'd resort to banevading and deathmatching such as many other.
