Admin Complaints Section

I believe that there should be an admin complaint center, in which people with a valid argument can argue against an admin, instead of allowing admins to have complete and utter power, just like a dictator would. I had a recent experience, just 5 minutes ago, in which I was trying to explain my problem and get help for the GTA IV game. I guess this particular admin (deejay) took offense to my genuine questions, and tempbanned me, without listening to my full argument. He asked me why I had car modifications, though I did not have a single idea what he was talking about, so I questioned him, with truthful questions. In the middle of our conversation about the modifications, he asked me to quit and uninstall the mod, which I had no idea even existed in my game. Therefore, I questioned his reasoning, explaining to him that I do not have any modifications, especially the 'SUV' that he was talking about. I understand that admins are very busy, but they should ALWAYS take into consideration the arguments and questions of a player, especially those who are being calm and complacent, as I was, instead of being blatantly ignored and quickly gotten rid of, as in my case. Thank you. I hope I receive support for this idea.

I should start off by saying that I don't believe that such a section is needed for IV:MP.
The Administration (as a whole), has been trained with due diligence in regards to such matters as car modifications.
I myself can spot them too, but I have not been trained.

I feel the IV:MP Argonath Administration is very capable in what they do and I do not feel any of them, including DeeJay, should have a report against him (or her).
Yes, they each have their own little ways in dealing with things, as all people do, and DeeJay's may be a bit...harsh at times, but he does what he needs to do.

If he has not explained his actions as to why he thought you had car mods, please Private Message him here on forums and deal with it.

If you have any questions regarding Argonath, including (but not limited to): Car modifications, Administration, and Rules, please contact me as I can provide adequate assistance. I have been with Argonath for about 3 years now, I know most of what your typical Administrator would know.

Forums aren't and never will be / gonna have a public complaint section. If you had encountered problems towards the administration team of the IV:MP server you can send an e-mail to [email protected]

I'm pretty sure that any issue you might be having can be fixed by that way.

Indeed. The email provided by Manoni, is monitored by HQ Staff (Divison Leaders, Managers, Owners). This can ensure that fairness is achieved when reporting an administrator.

Any complaints are supposed to go to the upper command staff. This means that:

Complains against, goes to...

Moderators, Administrators -> Managers
Manager -> Leaders (Community or Division, most likely Division Leader)
Leaders -> Owners
