Using that guard skin was a idea of Jack_Bauer, and when RS5 was developing it was scripted only for SWAT because Jack had some ideas and etc.

Well looks like Jack is not here anymore and as the skin does not fit for SWAT I prefer to make available to public again.

It was indeed Jack's idea. I disagreed having it only for SWAT, but I wanted SWAT to be able to use it with tacvest. Unfortunately I had no time to correct it before the coup in SWAT command.
