Problems with Unban request

Well ****** told me i can make a unban request in  5 days but i cant 10 days are gone and i cant what is the reason? i maked this topic becuse Admins are not Pming me

And what do you mean by "I cant"? You cant press the "New topic" button? Or the section is blocked for ya? I dont understand how you can make a topic here but not a unban request. Wished i could help.
