Hello there I am the admin who banned you, I received a report from a player stating he watched you to from your own car to his. I watched and then you did this again to a suspect you were pursuing so I issued a ban.

It's good that you have admitted your mistake but you should of known hacks are not allowed as it says so when you first join.
