On this particular day I believe that I was handling you once too many. On top of the large punishment history you have, I can't even remember how many verbal warning I have given to you only the past weeks.

I received a report on you for copbaiting and I started spectating you.What I saw was you following the reporter on a NRG. You followed him for a while before he stopped. You then got off the bike and started smashing his car with no interaction at all. The officer was clearly not doing anything to provoke nor enhance the situation. Upon providing a very weak reason for your action, on top of your punishment history and my verbal warnings, I banned you. In just 15 days you managed to get punished 16 times.

You need to realize that rulebreaks aren't something that go on un-noticed. By punishing players we expect them to realize their mistakes and improve for the better. If you don't, then you are going to end up banned. I have no personal hatred towards you and I don't even get where you took that from. If you continue breaking the rules I will keep coming back. Not because I hate you, but because I try to ensure the fairness and fun for everyone on the server.

i get angry when someone do something and i report but he dont get a warn or a punishement or verbal warn (because the player repeat what he did )

but me too like others i try to have fun , and copbaiting we have in real life right ?
and yes i had a long history in punishement by you and others admins
and im trying always to be good without any rules break but when i get mad its hard for me

Instead of complaining about other players not receiving punishment, perhaps a good topic of discussion would be why you behave the way you behave and how you're going to change.
