Title explains it all really, whenever I open GTA:SA, it forces my Windows 7 to switch to Windows 7 Basic.

I'm using the 1.0 US Version of the game, this also happens on sa-mp.

GTA SA forces Windows 7 to non-Aero design due to some incompability.

As far as I know, there is no solution to this. The design should return to normal when you close GTA.

Yeah what about it? I think the same thing happens with Vista. ANd also that other games force those Windows to get back to Basic.

I believe this is related to your video card not having enough free memory or power to display both simultaneously. Remember, even when your game is full-screened, Aero still has things running in the background that your computer has to process.
