Is weapons sale illegal?

Title is the question. I asked many people, still didn't get the answer, so I decided to write topic.

Well,I think It is...It's my opinion, and My opinion may Differ to the others.

It seems to be Illegal to Deal weapons in Public, And don't Expect the Cops to Ignore you When They see you  selling weapons in the streets.

As a Criminal role player I prefer to set an appointment with my contact in places such as warehouses, Retired Places ,etc...

You can buy an AK-47 only at NPC or other player.. but not in a weapon shop.

Taking that into consideration, I think we could say that the weapons which are not sold at Weapon Stores are illegal?

I think weapons sold on the weapon store are legal for possession, but the ones that are only available through the "traffic" NPC are illegal.

Also, traffic of weapons (re-selling) is illegal for any weapon.

All we Know is that weapons are legal to posses. If thats so, how come arms sale is illegal? I believe we can't be 100% sure.

Its ilegall , but i dont think we can sell it with a high price it should be more then the stores with 20% or 30% at max

Haven't seen it's illegal anywhere, including ARPD/FBI sites.
