I was flying near (Not directly above) SAPD ceremony at SFCH.

I parachuted from the plane with intention of watching the ceremony when I reached the ground, I was immediately banned.

I'd to make clear I had no intention of Mass DM, when I parachuted from the plane I do so assuming it would not fall on the ceremony.

You jumped out the plane (which got respawned by Teddy before it caused any problems) and it would have landed into a large group of players. That's considered a Mass DM attempt.

I was banned before either I or the plane touched ground.

From my point of view, when I parachuted from the plane it was significantly far away from the ceremony to not land on anybody. There was no malice intent, this is a misunderstanding.

You can check my punishment history and see I'm not the sort of person who has the habit of DM.

Why are you lying? I saw you flying DIRECTLY above (Looking like you would crash into the crowd) the ceremony, then increasing your height and flying away. I sent you an admin PM to not do it again, but then you decided to fly over the ceremony again, then flying away, then against the ceremony again, jumping out of your plane to parachute down. If Teddy wouldn't have respawned the plane, it would have crashed into the ceremony.

Admittedly there has been a few typos in my responses, a consequence of relying on the auto-correct function of a smart-phone. 

However if you'd kindly specify what in particular you don't understand, I'll attempt to afford you more clarity in future posts.

The no fly zone was advertised by the SAPD, and as far as I know not by Administration/Staff.
This type of heavy handed approach is not strict, its blatantly draconian; trigger happy administration will scare players off much faster than the occasional low flying aircraft.

Now I contend with a mark in my punishment history that will tell future administrators "this person likes to DM SAPD en masse". This is hardly fair, and to be frank I don't fancy being blackmailed into admitting something I haven't done.

Sure I can say "This won't happen again", but in the event an administrator jumps to conclusions due to my now ruined punishment history?

I'll need to post another unban request defending myself only to be greeted by the following....
