From what i heard, the development of IV:MP has stopped. The client you have is the final version(?)

There is only one "IV:MP". if you want to know other clients which allow multipayer for GTA:IV, there is one other notable which appears to be a lot more promising and better than IV:MP and it is called Multi-IV. It has one major difference in requirements and that is that you need Episodes from Liberty City and not just standard GTA:IV. Also, as far as we've been told by the devs vehicle damage and sync is far more suburb than IV:MP.

Sadly the client is not officially released and they are still in public alpha. Shouldn't be that much longer before they get a beta out!

The client is released but the server and scripting assets are not, so replacing Multi-IV with IV:MP isn't plausible currently in Argonath. Also it would take some time to develop a new server for multi-iv, they don't come preprogrammed.
